Captain Jeong Kimbap began with a simple belief: good food should be fresh, comforting, and made with care. Our founder, Yeseul Jeong, served as an officer in the Republic of Korea Army and reached the rank of Captain. After completing her military service, she set out on a new mission: pursuing the American dream and sharing the food and flavors of Korea with her new community in Oviedo, Florida.
